If you mean a showcase for web sites, you can put a link in the Website Reviews and Suggestions forum — if you mean graphics, there is the Graphics Forum.
Granted, those forums are generally considered to be places not just for showcasing, but also to received comments and suggestions — so be prepared. But if it's ready for a showcase, then chances are you'll be heaped with praise...
