Hello. I want to resgister an account with 110mb.com but they only open registration at random times of the day. ( or at least they say they do ).

They're actually close the registration because there are too many free users. so dont waste your time waiting for it. Find another free hosting.

I think http://phpnet.us has a great free web hosting. They support cgi, mysql, php..and almost everything you need for a dynamic web. Just kill the annoying banner and everything gonna be ok.
