I have a games website and have found a public FTP site that has a bunch games l isted. Can I copy these games to my site and use them and if so do I have to site the sources?

Do you have the other person's permission to use the information? Like any other copyright and intellectual property matter, that's what it all comes down to.

Thats the think there is no webmaster or signed content it's only an archived FTP mirror.

This is the title for the FTP Mirror.

which would make me assume that it would be OK to use?
