I think you'll have to learn those things one step at a time, but not step by step in one thread. That would be a huge undertaking to try to even figure this thing out in one thread.

Yeah, step by step how to run a business doesn't work. The most important skill you're going to need to learn is making business decisions on the fly. No one is going to be able to list out every situation you might run into before hand, and even if that were possible, you wouldn't have time to find the right post.

And you really can't educate other people until you understand the concepts yourself. You can't hire someone to teach people something you don't know about, because you won't know if he or she is worth their salt.
