I run across a interesting advertising site ( www.paidcuriosity.com ) ,
where all advertising is like surprises in boxes. This looks like will
compel visitors to look in each box for its content.. Is this idea unique
and the first of its kind? ( If yes, it might be good to buy a box there, if
it gets some media coverage it will surely return the investment hundred of
times over )
If people are only looking in boxes to see a show, they aren't likely to buy your product or otherwise convert. It sounds unique, but not because it's a good idea.
That does look pretty cool, but the downside to advertisers is that the site has no PageRank and barely any advertisers, so we can only guess the site doesn't get much traffic.
I've added it to my bookmarks though.
