The best way to use the foreign translations for SEO is geo-IP. When someone from Kazakhstan asks for a page on your site, you send it in Russian, and when someone from Paris wants a page, you send it in French. Then the search bots foreign language editions will notice, and you'll come up for "siv ooo play" or however you spell in French.
