I have many websites and im thinking to buy/open new ones.
But i cannot work on all of them alone.
i tryed on some forum to find some partners but i found them but half of them are lazy and runaway or dont even work.

I told them i give them 50% what we earn from advertisement.

Well my question is, are there forums, places where people come to find aprtners coworkers that share profit?

You can find partners on any webmaster forum. The problem is that you have to make them believe that your site will acually make money and that it is the next big thing.

If you are just setting sites up that everyone else is doing then you will have no serious interest due to the competition. If you have a unique idea then you will find that you will get a mass of interest.

Nobody is going to devote any time into something unless they know that it will make good money.

You can find coworkers and partners for websites and online businesses in any and all webmaster forums, including this one. Be sure that any individual you decide to venture with is either a respected or senior member of the webmaster forum to basically guarantee integrity. Don't forget to create a contract, too, or you can be ****ed over big time.

i see
most of time i had some work with asians and they work good for few days and everything is OK, but then they just get lost and i never ever see them....
Dono why is that, maybe is dangerous to live in asia or something.

Well i dont have unique ideas but i know how to make few bucks, i dont look for partners that are looking for milions or even tousands per month, im looking for those that will work simple jobs for XX$ and more they work more they earn and it could be XXX$ if they are good workers.

anyway, where should i ask for workers/partners?
here or there is special part of forum for this?
