Hello guys, I have seen on some website, they have a msn or yahoo messenger sign and when visitors click on the sign they can chat with the site owner or costumer support team without adding them. Can anyone tell me how to do this and where can I get information about this.
Thanks

You're probably talking about e-Messenger.net? Maybe even eBuddy.com?

Thanks but let me give you the detail explanation.
I have a website and I want to give a live support to the visitors of my site. But I don’t want to buy the software for that nor do I want to use any freeware. I use msn and yahoo messenger so is it possible to let my visitors chat with me from my website with the help of messenger without adding me?

No. There's a free script out there that lets them see what your screename is though and if you're online/offline.

I'm not sure of the name. You're going to have to try and find it.

You probably want to try using a live chat software such as LivePerson which connects your website visitors directly to you in real time, instead of having multiple messenger versions. We use it on our website www.m2mhost.com and it works very well, just a single button and anyone can click to chat.
