Same advice really, there are a lot of members here who are knowlegeable in SEO without being specialists. But there are many many more who claim to be SEO's and they probably can't even spell it properly.

hire someone that you really know, someone you can trust.. well i know it's hard just hire someone from your place so that you know if he's doing his work or not.

Thanks for the heads up, I have actually been disusing this same issue with forest. I am not one to start paying with out some knowledge of ones abilities.
