I have been a up all night person since i was a kid. I always go for the jobs that have a 3rd shift.

I have never lasted at a 1st shift job more than 1 year.

I do sleep at night because things have to get done during the day, but as of late been up all night once again and I love it!

When do you sleep most?

I sleep around the clock. Actually I'm asleep right now.

I've usually been more of a night person throughout my life, but now I get up early too. I guess the answer is I sleep at night, but not a lot.

There was a time when I'd stay up to watch the sunrise, then go to sleep in the morning. Now I'm usually up till about 2:00 AM and awake again about 8:00 AM.

I sleep in the morning while I was in night shift... but all in all I sleep whenever I feel sleepy

not sleeping at night may cause leukemia.. well i have insomia before and my blood pressure is very low, the doctor told me that it may cause cancer if you're not sleeping at night.

Seriously, I'm more of a night person too.
And with a day job, a kid and a family, if I want to work on personnal projects, it can only be at night.

But I usually keep time between 2:30 am and 6:00 am to sleep.
Lucky for me I don't need much more...

Night person here, too. I usually go to sleep around 9am and wake around 5pm. I try my hardest to sleep "normal" hours since it's hard to do some things at night (ie. going to the bank), but I always just drift back to these kinds of hours.

i can't sleep at night...i am up until 3 or 4:00 a.m everynight....I work second shift but cannot go to sleep soon as get off work...

But did you outsource your cat to India? That would allow your cat to sleep during Indian standard time and be awake during regular business hours to service your needs as its master.

Usually 1-2:00 AM to 9-10:00 AM here (I'm an a-hole if I don't get 8 hours of sleep.)

with my previous work, I sleep during day because I'm at the night shift that time.. but now that I already transfer to another company, I can now sleep at night

I went through I period of not sleeping until about 4am and then be up at 7:30am. Although now I would say I sleep normal hours or when I get sleepy.
