Jim I've been generally hearing good things about it, but there are certainly some show stoppers with it for some people. For me a major one is I don't currently use AT&T or have any desire to use them.
Whether it''s good or bad for the price probably depends a lot on what you want in a phone. From what I can tell most of the people who now own an iPhone are very happy with it and think it worth the price. And those that didn't think it worth the price never got one in the first place.
