Hi everyone,
I have sales locations in US and Europe. I’m looking for a web enabled tracking and management software that can be easily customized and could be ran of my website/domain. It should be able to provide access through personal logins for each vendor and salesman to receive orders, input shipping information, see inventory and sales reports, calculate commissions. I saw a lot of different options for CRM and Sales Force Automation (SFA) software and service solutions, but for me and my business needs it is way too much in terms of features and price. I am looking for something simpler. If there is no inexpensive ready-to-use product I might just use Excel spreadsheets online.
I would greatly appreciate any general information on a type of software products needed or specific names.
