I haven't personally, but I've had a client who sold his site through Sedo.
It's a pretty straightforward concept, and it is trustworthy...outside of whatever fees Sedo charged (and I forget what those were, because this happened 2 years ago), my client got paid in full, the transfer was relatively smooth and there were no problems.
Sorry if this is second-hand feedback, but it's all I have.
