Hi,

im i find it really annouying how so many people sign up make one post and never come back.
why cant users with like under X amount of posts have the email allert thing for new posts FORCED so that they dont forget.
i think it would solve a good amount of the problem

1) They can disable Administrator contact.

2) That's kind of spammy.

3) A lot of single-post users are drive-by spammers.

Those are my reasons.

im more refering to the people who post some question - which is perfe3ctly valid and that

and then you have 10 people give really good answers abnd trhey never come back, im assuming alot of it is becasue they look for a forum, post and then forget.

i just think like with the PM that new users who have under say 5 posts Must be forced to allow admin contact, and gets automatically email notifcation to their first 3 threads they start.

or somethign along thoses lines, because i think to be honest, in alot of ways its helpful.

anyway my view they would only recive like at max 10 emails, and then they can choose once they beeen on a couple of times

Dan some of those people probably posted in several places and got an answer somewhere else first. Don't think of it as that one person ignored you. Think of it more as all the other people who may end up having the same question that you end up helping.

I know it can be frustrating spending time to help someone who never seems to come back, but you probably also helped a few more people who end up reading your reply and answer.
