Is there any possibility to prevent adsense from counting your own hits as an impression?
Any kind of filter or ip blocker?

try adblock plus for firefox. Adsense won't display at all with this extention.

Nope.

Well not without some server side scripting and cookies then not show the adsense when you visit the site

but you can't see how good are your adsense placement.
