I don't see why my site wasn't allowed into the Google program, I've seen plenty of websites out there that really shouldn't be allowed in yet mine is completely legitimate and got rejected, thanks in advance for your help.

I think you site just too simple

It's not good enough. It's that easy.

The design is dated, what passes for "information" is dated and biased, and you're offering nothing of any real value.

My site ended up getting accepted after redoing the styles and removing a couple keywords =)
