Agreed, it won't make much money, but it isn't in violation of the ToS afaik

If you can get a busy file-sharing based forum to primarily use your site for posting files it could be a nice moneyspinner-- just ask the people of rapidshare. ;D

It depends on how successful you are in attracting users-- how do you plan to do this?

Perhaps swap one of the adsense block with a different ad network / type, might just be able to get a better yield than just pure adsense.
