Its ok for using ads on free domains. But it may be problem, while the free host provider puts some ads like Google ads.

yes u can use free hosting sub-domain site i use 50webs.com it is nice one

Yes you can put your ads on free hosting sites too as long as your site complies with the google tos and you do not have other cpc ads which looks like google ads.
