Have a quick question.

Have tried to get google adsense before for blogs etc, but never was accepted for whatever reasons they had.

Now.. We are starting a social network for friends etc with comps hopefully.. Should we get accepted for this?

If not, why would it be??

The best option is to go through the Google Adsense TOS and make sure you are within it before applying for it.

Yep i think you will get accepted! Social marketing is getting more and more popular and Google like to get in on a bit of that!

Social sites = more traffic. Google makes money from advertisers buying ad space and a fraction of that goes to you via AdSense. I'm pretty sure you'll be accepted as both you and Google will benefit (assuming you abide by the ToS).
