I'm not sure if anyone here has noticed this, but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway.

It seems that there's something artificially inflating both pageviews and clickthroughs within Adsense. I just noticed today that one of my sites is reporting 34 more clickthroughs than the sum total of the individual ad units does (all of the ad units are in channels). I'm also noticing that impressions seem artificially high.

Anyone else notice this?

Hah, Yes, I've had that issue too. I've got 3 ad blocks on my blog, and whenever someone clicks on a page or two (including myself), the Page Impressions always go up by 5 or something.

Although I don't really use that calculator to tell me how much traffic I'm getting, or how many times an individual page is being looked at.

I've been noticing my impressions as reported by AdSense have doubled over the last few days, though my traffic in general as reported by my server logs is the same or even a little lower than usual.

Google has always said that the numbers won't add up a lot of the time. I know it seems logical that they should, but they have it somewhere in the FAQs or help files that the addition doesn't work for some reason.
