All Adsense ads disappear from our site pages
They just vanished, gone in Oblivion Land
Just empty space where ads use to be.

I had no problems to login to Adsense account and we never receive and warnings or got banned

What is going on?

Where were they? Maybe you just have an adblocker installed on your browser.

I don't know what happened but after I restarted PC, they all came back

Is it possible that Google has disabled the serving of ads to that particular site, while still keeping your account active?

I noticed that sometimes when I change the code the ads would take a few moments to show. Had you made any changes to your ad code?

probably a cookie issue. delete cookies and restart browser.

It's a glitch. Sometimes that happens. Or maybe you're adsense is set up so that a blank will show up in place of public service ads.

If you have just installed adsense code, then it may take upto 10 minutes to appear ads. But if you are not getting ads for long time, then you should contact google adsense team about. One more thing you can do, clean temprary files and cookies and then see. May be its because of cookies.
