I don't think they banned my domain but rather just my account. I've e-mailed them again and am waiting on a response but im not expecting to win anyways.

So just wondering, when Adsense bans you... Can you apply under the same name again? or same address? and get in if you have a good site?

What exactly do they ban? Your site? Domain? Your information? I know they freeze your account but I've always wondered those things.

I'm sure you could but there's a risk involved. If you're banned from Google Adsense and want to keep them as a revenue partner you should always call Google and try and work something out. If things don't get resolved you should move on and find another network, It's honestly not worth the chance of being cought, who knows what they are capable of.

Well if they banned your account you will need to sign up using different identifying information such as a new tax id. People have multiple accounts under different companies. You're not allowed multipled accounts under one entity name though.
