I got banned by Adsense a little while ago. The reason was that I was apparently signed up before and had gotten banned?

Now if that were true I would be alright with it but I just moved into my new house and had never signed up with adsense before that.

I have also seen other people being banned fro some really small reasons and some that arent true.

But is there anything we can do about it?

Give their support an email at adsense-support@google.com and explain the situation to them.

AdSense aren't that bad unless you're blatantly violating their TOS.

Ah, that's unfortunate. AdSense Support are usually very friendly and helpful when I email them.

Ya I'm not sure why they don't just give a proper reason why they ban someone from the beginning.

You can always form a corporation if you need to get another AdSense account.

99.9% o the time, adsense bans an account for good reason. If you were banned and are innocent, you need to stick to your guns and contact adsense constantly until they have no choice but to listen to your side of the story.

The main thing to learn here is to not put all your eggs in one basket. Diversify your income in case something like this happens.

You can also try YPN. More often it pays out more than AdSense.

Yep thats what I am doing now. I have split up my income to come from many different sources and hopefully that will help.

Its hard to argue with google once you have been banned, I tried and didn't manage to make. Of course I wont go balistic like some people that spend a lot of money into trying and failing to sue google.

I really want to try YPN. The problem is that they are only accepting people from the US which is a real put down because by the time they accept other countries the payout will drop.

I would like for you to expand upon this idea.

How does forming a corporation allow you another adsense account without using any shady tactics?

To be successful in an online business, or any business, being honest is the first guideline you need to follow.

We appreciate any advice you can give, but things like this need to be expanded on a little.

Form a corporation in the United States or form a partnership in the United States.

I agree with that. If you aren't honest you run the risk of having future complications. You have to be honest when doing an online business or it will come back and kick you in the rear later on.

I have never had my AdSense account banned and I do not condone any unethical click fraud behavior because it hurts the PPC model. I was merely stating the options.

If you are "innocent" to what they accuse you for, prove them wrong and stick up for your rights!

You are right. The chances are very slim that you will be accepted back into the program but it is worth a try. Some people have been successful getting back in.

Good luck!

Wait, so did your account get banned? or did your actual domain and web site get banned? I have heard of them doing both and I'm not quite sure what happened to you, although it sounds like you lost your whole account.
