I know that you're not supposed to rack up a bunch of adsense pageloads on your own sites while updating or reviewing, but what is considered abuse to the point that you would have to be worried?

Can anyone put a number on it? Like if I racked up 300 pageloads myself in one day that would be considered abuse or are they talking more like 500 - 1000's of impressions coming from one IP for those with tons of adsense sites using the same account.

The pageloads don't matter as long as you don't click on those ads yourself.

when testing AdSense on your pages, just detect your IP and declare the JavaScript variable

in the AdSense code everytime you load the page. Thus the pageviews made by you will not count.
