I have a quick question about Adsense.

About 1.5 years ago I applied for Adsense and was approved. After 12 days I had made abou $3.70 or so when I received an email from Adsense saying that I was being banned for invalid clicks.

Now, I hadn't clicked on my own ads, and I didn't know who had, so I tried to appeal. It was denied. Anyways, that's my backstory.

Now, I want to get Adsense back on my sites. I know I can't apply again as an individual. However, if I apply under the name of a business that I create, would I be able to do that? Would that violate any of Google's ToS? Right now I'm using YPN, but their targeting sucks hards, and it is quite unfortunate.

Thanks for any and all advice.

I'm not sure if it violates the terms but a lot of people have done what you plan on doing with success.

YPN's targeting does suck

Try applying again for Adsense from a totally different computer. Not one from your house because the IP address will show up. YOu don't want that. I got banned and did just that. Now it's fine..no problem plus I got protected by using Adsens Click Fraud Lock. You should too when you get back on.
