How do you change the text size of Google AdSense to match your site text size ? or do I have to change my site text size to matches with Google text size?..

You can't change the text size of Adsense. Only premium publishers can do it.

However, you can change the font size of your site to match with Adsense.

Unfortunatly you cannot. You must change the text size and style of your page. On my site i would love to have a nice layout, but no matter what I do I always see a drop in earnings unless I use a layout that has the same style text and no hovers. I do not know why adsense doesn't just make them normal links. Then you could use them well in any layout without losing money.
