No not at all, just against there TOS if you have other contextual ads on the same page. Most people put adsense and YPN in a rotation system as well (or a geotargetting system)

What's to be gained by rotating Adword/YPN? Why not just stick to one of them?

you show one for US traffic (YPN) and Adsense for the rest

Yeah but it only pays for US clicks

Will any banner rotation system do or does it need to be something different for the AdSense script to work.

Any banner rotation script should be able to do this. I'm using Adpeeps and have been for a while now and really like it.
