Are yall seeing Adsense trending lower? I have seen posts on various forums that many people are seeing lower payouts and wondering if it was effecting any of yall. I have seen some dips etc.. but nothing outside the usual.

I too have noticed the slow downward spiral.

Quite the opposite for me - seeing increases across all sites.

I don't know about this. But my site has earned $2.80 so far.. :thumbup:

Averaging about 0.49 per click at the moment for sites about IT and motoring.

Some niches are on their way up, while others (as they become more competitive) are trending down. It's just the nature of the supply and demand market.

My arcades are averaging 25c per click :S

Other sites are about the same.

Currently I'm seeing an increase, might be because I spent last two weeks looking for and filtering out MFA sites.

But now because I posted about an increase I am sure I will see a huge decrease tomorrow.

This is true many people find a decent paying niche and expect to milk it for a lifetime, some things this may be true but as most things it is a cycle or a phase that will either do a 360 or slowly fade out.

Overall adsense payout will continue going lower as more advertisers join.

I've been with Adsense to know that the income will go up and down and sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense.

These are things that are not tested but it "seems to me":

1. After getting a warning letter about illegal clicks or clicks from paid email sites, the rate will go down

2. Periodically rates will go down for no good reason. I suspect Google rotates through lesser paid advertisers once in a while perhaps as a test of my site.

3. Sometime rates jump up and money starts to flow with the same traffic and clicks. Google seems to reward good behavior over time.

4. It could just be the supply and demand on the Adwords end. Sometimes advertisers are forking out the bucks, other times they are not.

I am averaging about $0.02 - $0.06

My adsense has been very strange of late. Same traffic patterns all week, wildly different payouts. One day, I was getting $1-2 per click. I couldn't believe it. The next day, $0.02 - 0.05. Looked at the logs... nothing out of the ordinary. I'm not sure what the deal is with that. Even my CTR was consistent throughout.

I'v notice this too, same with YPN.

I'm averaging 50-60 cents a click with a certain blog... everything else is around 25 cents.

I've been getting around 30 cents a click for my personal blog and I just got a **** 4 cent click

heh. yesterday my log showed 7 clicks but earning was $0.05... some clicks are less than 0.01.. yikes.

the cpc is getting lower :thumbdown: as more people become aware ans start using thier adsense ..they will lower thier pay out rates as they have more options to advertiseand choose..thats what i think anywaysama:
