Wow.. I get lots of traffic but click rates are low. I'm going to continue flooding my sites with content and hopefully in a month or two I can reach your levels

Thanks Stang. I'm really glad to hear that is about average so I am not misleading anyone about how much they can make off of a couple hundred clicks.

Anyway, I realized I'm only monetizing about 10-20% of the traffic targeted to the channel that gets the highest CTR.

So I'll be adding some ad boxes in various places in my forums, and I'll let you guys know what results I get.

Those are some great numbers. So you average about 29 cents per click? That's awesome... I need to find the right market :glare:

11/27/06 - $70.64 (added images next to ads on a high-traffic page)
11/28/06 - $67.55
11/29/06 - $93.21 (added adsense w/ images header in select forums)
11/30/06 - $93.34

I hope to break $100/day this weekend by testing some new colors to draw more attention to the ads. Right now the 700px or so horizontal format which brought me to around 90/day has a white background, same as the rest of the site. I might try orange. However I don't want to make it well.... blatant.

I know just about all of Lee's sites and he still makes 50k a month lol....

I never understand why people don't post their sites up either.

Keep working at it and work toward useful content is pretty generic advice. If that is all it takes then we wouldn't need EF and sites like it

Good points, guys. I guess I'm just a bit scared someone will hack my site, as it's happened before.

You should know that I am doing nothing special. Here's what got me there:

2000-3000 unique visitors daily
4 Adsense links under header horizontal menu
4 links under my left-hand vertical menu
4 links on a page where people want to order the product
that is showing up in the ads. I put product images next
to the ads so it shows up like this:

image - ad
image - ad
image - ad
image - ad

This is something you may have seen on sites I posted such as:
http://evoipsector.com/

Plus, using some of Lee's ad placements in SprintUsers.com
proved to be a good help.
