Is it me or do myspace ads pay poorly and with low ctr?
I have some sites that get ctrs of over 30% and cpm of $25+ whereas the myspace site typically gets single digit ctr and cpm as low as pennies.

I would highly agree with you there - especially with Adsense. I have 4 sites running adsense right now, two of which with "so so" CPM amounts with low impression, but the Myspace Bistro site with tons of impressions - averaging to only a low amount still.

Value Click Media seems to be working better for me on the Myspace style site - but I'm just getting started and learning my way around this whole online marketing idea.

It depends on the age of your site I think. I had a new MySpace site and the cpc was very low, but gradually increased. As for the CTR, I always had a high one. You might wanna post your site so we can help you with ad placement, although I'm no expert (but other here are).

For me, my myspace sites have a decently high CTR but a low cost per click. They are barely worth it anymore because so many people are doing it.

Can't do it. myspace won't let you put js in there.
i'm trying to see if it's cool with google to put the code in a myspace blog though.

i own a very popular myspace site and it gets amazing ctr's but has a VERY low cpm of about $1.50 =(

I run a image comment site and my cpm is on avg now.. like .12 :/

I have a resource site too, the revenue stinks, i replaced it all with cpa ads.... I was tired of getting 3 cents a click with pitiful clickthru.... it was showing just myspace related ads or totally irrevelant ads anyway...
