NO, Google wont ban you for do in that.

Unlike adsense, adbrite is not display your ads base on your content.

Yes it is OK, I did it for 2 months but the ads I was getting from Adbrite were not being clicked, and the interstituals were annoying my visitors so I removed them

Google will ban only if the 2 adpages look alike.
