It took me 3 months to get first $100 and check

I Start Adsense at 03/2007 and after 3 month I got the first payment at 1XX$.
That is very great for me.

It took me about half a year at first time:-)

I had one of my site earning $62 in just three weeks. Its not that easy but a worthy success. I just usually hire my own writers and update contents with SEO work.

Well,i got my first adsense cheque after anout 8-9 months. But now after 4 years of experience, i am expert now and i got my adsense cheques monthly.

8 minutes to reach bank
10 minutes in the bank
8 minutes to come back
3 minutes to have coffee
3 minutes to post here

8+10+8+3+3 = 32 minutes and some seconds

So long ago now that i can't remember but i think it actually took 6 months

Now its a monthly occurence

Impressed with the $1000 chap above

On 50 sites though that would average out at $20 per month per site. HMMM

For the newbies I advice build a good site, optimize it get it to making you a google paycheck a month and move on to another site

There really is no point in having tons of sites if you are not maximizing the benefits of each site

Still I am working for my first check.
