I would like to ask if my placement is violating google's T&C on this webpage because I tried emailing adsense and their reply was

Google loves to be vague. You're using 2 ad units which is fine. The top one might be to close the image, but you have some sort of border between the image and the ads. The site has little content (in terms of text), but I've seen worse. Pivacy policy is present. I don't really see any problems.
