You can always use pograms like Clicksor, Bidvertiser, Kontera, or Yahoo!
Just don't go for WidgetBucks, as it is a big scam.
Right now, I am waiting for Google's response after my account got disabled.
But I can't use any of the ones that I specified because PayPal is refusing to accept my Debit Card and/or Bank Account [Most Indians I know have that problem.]...

Try to use bidvertizer or YPN. You need to look for alternative because you can't create another account in adsense anymore.

Oh yess! thare are quite few Adsense Alternatives in the market now like Bidvertiser, Clicksor, Oxado, YPN etc.. they are already giving adsense a difficult times!
the ones i have mentioned are the big players, now a days a lot of smaller players have also ventured into this game of PPC

Suggest use bidvertiser+adbrite. You can also use kontera together but kontera will slow down your loading speed, therefore not suggested

adbrite will be good after adsense for you but i don't know if kontera approves any low traffic site

Well That is one problem with adsense. Most of the accounts cancelled are because of voilation but it offers not explanation. Suits have been filed against adsense and won already.
When it comes to alternative There are many.. But there is no worthy alternative. You try to register adsense using a different name and website..

One of my friends has been banned in adsense. It says that it was due to click fraud but he did not do this... Perhaps other people used to click the ads many times...
