No, this is because the advertiser pay less than $0.02, so Google and you will share the amount, so your part of it is less than $0.01, let's say $0.008 so you will get $0.00 !
You need a good content website and more traffics and best ranking so you will get high paid ads.

It is normal because the ad that got the click was from a low paying advertiser.

Check it out if you are displaying a Public Service Ads. That might be a reason why you are not earning at all.

how many daily unique visitors you have at your website ?
how many time you submited your url website into search engine database ?

please you should learn more about SEO stuff to see $$ in your adsense account.. im not an experts but my first check is about $110 .... not bad right ?

Christchris is right. It's possible that you got click but no pay because of PSA.

chrishirst words are correct. Your click isn't credited because, the click may be on a PSA..

No, you put YOUR publisher ID in.

Shared revenue means you share the pay out with the owners of the site eg squidoo or some forums

If you have adsense on your own blogs or sites then you get the total Google pay out for the click, if it is a valid click

Google however charges the person posting the ad more than you get paid for the click. i.e if I post an ad with adwords for 50 cents a click
And someone clicks on that ad on your website. Google will charge me the 50 cents but pay you only a fraction of that amount
