Hmm.. how should I say this... I am planning to create a website that is quasilegal. No, it has nothing to do with porn, spam, hacks or whatever. Although alot of people told me that my website is safe, I am kinda of a paranoid person and I would like to keep my online business venture anonymous.

I am planning to host my website with an offshore anonymous webhosting company.

But the problem is, I am planning to make money off my website by using Google Adsense.

In the case when harassers wanna send me subpoenas/lawyer letters/court orders; and they found that the anonymous web hosting company uncooperative (will not reveal my private contact information etc), and they (harassers) then turned to Google instead (since I'm using Adsense).

So the question is;

Will Google release private information of its users if it is pressured with court orders? Have any of you guys experience this sort of thing before?

I hope I've explained my problem well enough. And just to let you know, the idea I have for my website is not new and there are already thousands of such website on the net right now showing Google adsense. Like I said, Im a paranoid person:P

BTW there is no such thing as "quasilegal". It is either legal or it's not.

So this;

simply are NOT going to happen on the same website!

And should Google be pressed with legal requests for your details, you can be pretty sure they won't be dragging their feet to hand them over.

If you are having content as what you said you will be having, I don't see why anyone would bother you in the first place!
