The reason for your low cpc is the fact that you dont have any text...but i've never heard of cpc being as low as it is on your site. And your ads are in polish because you're in poland....if someone in london looks at your ads, they will be in english. I am in Italy right now, and since i got here i've been seeing some of my ads in italian, its not a big deal. As far as getting your cpc up, you can filter out the low paying ads by logging into adsense, going to adsense setup > competitive ad filter. Here, you can type the URL of the ads you don't want to show. As far as knowing which ads are low paying, its a guessing game. With your ads, they're so low paying, i would start by getting all new ads until your cpc goes up.
