Hi!
I have a big problem with adsense.
I'm webmaster of some websites related to United Arab Emirates Although i'm Iranian. I registered in Adsense 5 months ago to the name of one of our relatives in Dubai with his specifications and Address. But He didn't recived any pincode via his Mail Box in Dubai. Then i changed the address to other person in Khorfakkan,UAE and requested to resend the pincode. But nothing.
Recently again i registered as other one person from UAE but like before, I didn't have receive any pincode.

Why?
Is there other solution for this problem?
If i have a bank account in USA for receiving the earnings, No need to pincode?
Is there anyone from Dubai who have Adsense Account?
Please help me for solving this problem , God willing.

Thanks for your useful link, But i had seen it before.
I requested twice the PIN Code. Also i contact ed them and i didn't have recive anything.
Other frineds?

Just contact Google again. I know I had to request it twice because I forgot to tell my wife it was coming and she kept thinking it was junk mail. When it comes, it is just a postcard, so it is easy to miss.
