My site has heavy traffic everyday recently, I want to start the Google AdSense in my homepage. Look it: www.tradetuber.com , more compact space between the DIVs, so I don't know exactly where I should put this.

I think you can put ads in the right sidebar.

why don't you look at other websites, see how they do it.
you can do it in many places left side, right side, header, footer etc.

I want to place the ADs in middle of home page, a sort line top of "Hot Products".

I thinks it can't effect inconspicuous about the main content.

its good that your site is having good traffic, always put the adsense at top and avoid readers scroll down to see the ads...
