Is it in any way possible to do Google Adsense without a website? Maybe some how sending traffic to a banner or text ad that deals with Google Adsense.

yeh you need a webpage to insert the adsense code, thats how adsense works man

I have an adsense sharing program on my site, and there are quite a few other sites you can participate in that do the same... but you do have to have your own site to open an adsense account.

So basically you can do adsense using other sites, but you have to have an adsense account to do that... and you have to have a website (that is approved by google) to get the account. Does that make sense, I don't know if I explained that very well, been a long day...

You don't need to own a website.
You can start a free blog with blogger.com. Chances of being accepted into Adsense are slim if you have a free blog that has no significant traffic though.

you have to register a site in order to have the adsense code.. then you have to paste it to your site..

You need to have a website first and then paste the adsense code on your webpage.

I suppose there are shared revenue sites. But to get an adsense account i think you need your own site. At least that was the case when I applied.

No, it's not possible. First, you need to have a website or a blog to have an Adsense account. Like what they've said, Google Adsense will verify your site and check if the site or blog have posts and not "under construction".

Well, you can use adsense on youtube and on Webmaster talk...
but its probably best to have your won website...
