If i want to buy domain but before buy it I want to know whether this domain suspend in Google Adsense

Is there a way after buy domain and to
contact adsense and tell them to Cancel band of this domain
Because i'm new owener of domain

if you put any adsense code in it
you get error and ads not show

I had a client before that he got Yahoo Ads on his site. So I asked him why don't he just use Google Adsense instead. And he told me that the domain was banned from Google Adsense together with his account.

If you apply for adsense with a domain that had been positively connected with a banned account, you can fully expect it to be rejected.

I can't cite an authoritative source, just recall a few forum threads where people have put adsense from another account on domains that had been with a banned account. Obviously merely anecdotal "evidence" of course, but logic also would suggest that Google engineers realise that domains get bought and sold all the time.
Now should you buy a domain that has been banned from the index, that will be a different story entirely.
