Change your template and make it professional and also build links for your blog, if you change template then also place ad codes on good places like in content, at the end of content and use link units

I would change background color of ads in header to blend with the page background.Also maybe to switch places of tags and ads in sidebar.Remove border and change fonts color to blend with the rest of text.
