BTW, I used to hang out here at WT. But now since I'm not actively pursuing a website and since I'm busy with studies, I don't come here very often.

You probably won't get a lot per impression. Generally the cost per impression is pretty low. I think sometimes with the clicks Google immediately determines they weren't legit and so discounts them. It's possible they were clicks on one of the non-profit ads. I forget what those are called, but they're the ones that are sometimes supplied when Google doesn't have a good ad to show on the page.

Yes, I agree to vangogh. Impression matters. Although your experienced sounds rare but it is also possible that the click are came from public ads.

You can disable public service ads when creating your adsense ads.

Google is considering the clicks to be invalid for some reason. Too many people check their stats and then worry right away. Check the stats the day after and see if things are the same then. It takes time for them to become final.

This also happens to me but only on 1 or 2 clicks in a month, so I am not worried about them. Google might be considering them as invalid clicks or they were just public service ads.

You can think to get money after 1000 impressions from Google. currently they are paying around $3.5 for 1000 page impression. Wait .....

not true i have 5133 impresion 30 click and money 0.50 euro ....

Probably, it's the invalid clicks.

This is really not new. Sometimes when Adsense thinks that the click was "invalid" for any reason, it still shows the number of clicks but minus the earnings. Like what you've seen, your 3 clicks got nothing, that thing happens. that's not abnormal.

At the site you should lower keyword not high!

Acually me too have faced for this situation. I think time is not enough for those click. Just after click, they have gone to previous page.

ya the same thig happened to me also once! i got 2 clicks but nmo earnings! thats strange!

disable public service ads & your 3 click can be impressions..

Maybe you need to work on the ad itself? I suppose that should help you
