No, you earnings and your adsense account are independent of the domain it is on. In other words you don't have earnings on a domain basis; you only have adsense earnings which pays out when you reach $100.
If you get click on your Adsense, you earn revenue, regardless of what domain it's hosted on, and regardless of what status the domain is at. I think at some point the registrar slaps their own ads/buy now link though, don't they?
