Try to open adsense a/c carefully.

Probably having an IP in a country with one of the highest incidents of click fraud won't help.

Just create a blog site and write about ten posts. then you can apply with this blog site. You can get approved easily.

By the way what platform or type of blogs have you used in submitting to adsense? I got disapproved twice before but after using blogger and create a celebrity blog I got approved by them

I think you may need to creat a nice website or blog not apparently MFA, please.

Agree, just use blogger, it's easy, because blogger.com is running by Google too.

Are you sure you have tried using blogger blogs for approval in adsense. Usually Google approve blogger blogs much faster than the rest when it comes to adsense

Content also of the blog is important. Blogs with full of free download stuffs will be rejected.

I totally agree content is important at the same time those blogs with copied contents and url to illegal site like downloads and warez will surely be rejected

Create some hubs with unique content and apply for adsesne
