I wonder if Google ad share forums still work? Can we still earn from it or its already not working? And how can we earn from Google ad share forums anyway?

They've probably all found that the payments are so low it's not worth the hassle of managing it.

Obviously it depends on the ratio trafficarticipating members. If traffic is high and there's low participating members, it may generate a few bob, but I wouldn't expect anything too high.

For a forum such as Webmaster-Talk I'd say that it's not worth it - I've participated in the Adsense sharing mod they have on here and it's nothing significant, maybe cents if anything.
