Hi, I am quite new to Ad-sense. I have read that more impression means less CTR and thus less earning.
Keeping this mind I use only one Large rectangle at top of my webpage. Now my confusion is-------

"How to determine or calculate page impression?
Lets take 2 case-
1- I am using one large rectangle on my home page and
2- I am using one large rectangle and a horizontal unit link on my home page.

According to my understanding, page impression will be more in 2nd case. Is this correct ?

If I am wrong then please guide me and explain in detail.

No it isn't.

There is a clue in the phrase "page impressions"

Page impressions won't be more because you put more ads up in the second example. Page impressions is the amount of times a visitor opens up a specific page. It has nothing to do with the amount of ads you have on it.
