If it's a "Blogspot" blog I don't think you can... I know you cant with Wordpress.

Use your own domain name and fill it with some original content. But i have another methode to gain adsense account. Just buy a new domain name, point it to your hosting and install it with AOM (associate o matic). Put some 'about us' and 'privacy policy' page. Now you have 99% change accepted.

I got approved by adsense from my 2 month old blog, and i know someone that got approved with a week old domain, he use .com in his brand new blog, just 1 post and a privacy policy page and he got approved by adsense with that blog.
I think the key is you got to convince adsense that you put investment in your blog, that could be in using tld domain, and when you invest money (in the form of buying tld), they know you going to improve your site.no, it doesn't have to be a 6 month old blog,there's people got rejected applying with 1 years old blog.
Forget about applying with blogspot, your blogspot blog has to be really,really great to be accepted.In the old days maybe easy, but now just forget it.

The country you are from also plays a part - if your site is new.
