I think it's more than that In sites like these u can't control the content

Could be because you have no content on the home page.....

I checked your site and as Jim said, may be the rejection is due to the lack of content in home page. There is no content I found in your forum and your blog seems not having enough quality content.

Try to write some quality articles and add them in your site. Then apply again.

It means your site may have any adult word included or website is not receive too many visitors or your website doesn't have quality content.
