I was suffering from my host and I decided finally to move it to another hosting service, so I copied everything, I deleted files hosted then I uploaded the backed up stuff to the new host including adsense ads !

I waited an hour, and the ads are not yet displayed ! Is it illegal to change the address or should i wait ?

Just wait. I had to do that a few years ago and it took a good couple of hours to get everything going properly.

No, it wasn't a time issue, it appears that byethost31 doesn't support adsense. I moved my website to another host and everything is working well now.
